We use Rockcote renders supplied by Network Building Supplies.
Re-render complete in Stanhope Gardens for a client who had previously bagged the surrounding retaining walls. We straightened out the walls and completed with a classic smooth/sponge finish. Corner beads, level lines, and a uniform light grey skin replaced patchy bag work along the stepped street-front retaining. We use Rockcote renders supplied by Network Building Supplies. Bagged walls rarely fail because of colour — they fail because lines wander. Apex re-rendered this Stanhope Gardens tiered retaining with beads and screeds first, then a smooth/sponge Rockcote finish the client could maintain or top-coat with paint using the right membrane steps.
