Besser block rendered to a sponge finish for @demorhomes @mountviewlandscapes in Box Hill. This stepped front boundary wall on a new Hills Shire estate went from raw blockwork to a smooth, light-tan sponge-finish acrylic — sharp returns, flat capping, and site-ready presentation while landscaping and the home build continued around it. Completed April 2023.

Beaumont Hills — Retaining Wall Repair & Re-Render

Retaining wall repair and re-render in Beaumont Hills — Full Acrylic Render with Sandcote/Hydroguard in Colorbond Monument after cracked, rust-affected masonry was made good.

Retaining wall repair and re-render in Beaumont Hills, using a Full Acrylic Render System and Sandcote/Hydroguard tinted to Colorbond Monument as the finish. This multi-tiered front retaining had deep cracking, failed render and visible reinforcement corrosion — repaired, coated and finished with sharp edges and a fine sandy Monument texture against the brick home. We trust Rockcote renders supplied by Network Building Supplies. Completed May 2022.
