Jordan Springs done — fresh Rockcote coloured render on front fence, planter wall, mailbox pillar, and entrance columns in uniform matte grey.
Jordan Springs complete — fresh Rockcote coloured render on a modern estate front: low stepped boundary wall, planter box tier, integrated mailbox pillar at 10 Milnes Pde, and matching grey entrance columns against dark brick and charcoal cladding. Red brick perimeter work was coated to the same fine-textured grey as the house columns — no filters needed for the natural Rockcote finish. Rockcote via Network Building Supplies and Brookland Building Supplies; Dulux on site. Completed December 2021.
