Bringelly job complete. Complete re-render with Italian Clay 50% tinted into the final coat — this Western Sydney home went from mixed brick, rough cement patches, and base-coat prep to a smooth, warm terracotta-peach acrylic across street front, covered veranda, and timber-deck surrounds. Corner beads, drop sheets, and clean reveals throughout. Completed May 2023.
